Ouftimeet #5 Program

Hoy! Hoy!

Liège, the fervent city is proud to welcome the furries for the fifth Ouftimeet that will happen on October 29.

Registration is mandatory, even if you don’t come for the full day. Registrations for the restaurant and the bowling are closed on October 22. You can register here: https://goo.gl/forms/wP7ljXKPFhi5ISS92 .

Places for the restaurant are limited to 24 persons.

Events

  • 10h30 : Rendez vous at the place de l’Opéra, in front of the Opéra Royal de Liège.
  • 12h00 : Nomnom, delicious burgers at Huggie’s.
  • 15h00-18h00 : two rounds of bowling at Le Carré d’As. Photoshoots and if the weather allows it, pictures in front of the Guillemins train station.
  • 18h30-20h00 : A glass or two at the Pot-au-Lait.

    Events for the Fursuiters

  • 9h45-10h15 : Fursuiters can leave their stuff at Tach’s home (contact him to ask him for his adress)
  • 10h30 : Rendez vous at the place de l’Opéra, in front of the Opéra Royal de Liège.
  • 12h00 : Nomnom, delicious burgers at Huggie’s.
  • 14h15 : departure to Tach’s home to get ther fursuits back
  • 15h00-18h00 : two rounds of bowling at Le Carré d’As. Photoshoots and if the weather allows it, pictures in front of the Guillemins train station.
  • 18h00 : departure to Tach’s home to drop the fursuits and take a shower.
  • 18h30-20h00 : A glass or two at the Pot-au-Lait.
  • 20h00 : fursuiters can get their stuff back at Tach’s home.The furmeet officialy ends at 20h00, but for those who stay it’s possible that we go to the Fun fair of Liège.

    Budget

  • 12-15€: for and hamburger and a drink.
  • 2 x 4,5€: for two bowling rounds.
  • 3€ per Beer at the Pot-au-Lait.

    Various informations

  • We’ve got a Telegram Channel: telegram.me/Ouftimeet .
  • Water bottles are freely offered to the fursuiters.
  • Helpers, let also know who you are! We at least need one helper per Fursuiter.
  • Bringing a digital camera is highly recommanded!

  • Most parking spots are metered and private parking facilities. If you don’t mind to walk a bit, you can park your car at the Palais des Congrès and then walk for 15 minutes.
  • A free Ouftimeet #5 flag is offered!

    How to come by train

    If you come by train, stop at Liège-Palais train-station if you booked for the restaurant. Else stop at Liège-Guillemins if you’re coming directly to the bowling.

    Furmeet rules

  • This furmeet is organised in a good spirit and we hope that everyone will have fun. So any negative behaviour can be sanctioned by a ban from the next Ouftimeets.
  • MINORS ARE ONLY ALLOWED only if they are accompanied by an adult and under their responsability. They are not allowed to drink spirits and liquor if they are less than 18 years old, and beers and vines if they are less than 16 years old.
